As fellow advocates for transforming the culture of aging care and support and for creating homes vs institutions for Elders to live in, MC5 is pleased to introduce you to The EINSTEIN Option.

Evaluating Innovations in Nursing Home Systems To End Institutionalization

A collaborative coalition of long-term care advocates, providers, and family members dedicated to creating a better, more inclusive system. Their mission is To re-imagine, redesign and transform long-term care services and supports in America so that each person can live, work, and thrive with purpose and meaning.

Together, they are building solutions that provide meaningful options for those who live and work in long-term care, aiming to transform the quality of care and quality of life within these settings.

This group of leaders is coming together for a 3-Day Summit, and you are invited to be a part of it by joining a 1 hour virtual event on Wednesday, February 26 from 12:00-1:00 pm.

This event is the culmination of the in person event and will summarize the key discussions, outcomes, and the next steps identified during the summit.

Remember the best of humanity lies within. A kind word, a smile, a hug, a wave, a silly dance, a comedy show to share from YouTube, a card or phone call--this is person-centered care. Celebrate. Communicate. Collaborate. Care. Change. MC5 appreciates YOU. If you need ideas for reaching out to your communities, contact us at missourimc5@gmail.com.
